INN hosts the 2026 Intra-Alliance Staff Week, bringing together the Governing Board, Alliance Management Team, Quality Assurance Team, Joint Degree Task Force, ICT Task Force, Communications Officers, Student Advisory Board, Strategic Planning Unit and Administration Leadership Committee for a week of joint work and collaboration. EMERGE Secretary General Lesley Lelourec and the European Commission Project Officer will also take part.

The week opens with a hybrid plenary at Campus Lillehammer, featuring presentations from WP5 and WP6, followed by dedicated work sessions for each group. Wednesday brings a full-day excursion to Campus Evenstad, INN’s most remote and international campus, with a tour of its zero-emissions building and a research presentation focused on sustainability. Thursday continues with parallel work sessions across Lillehammer, Hamar and Elverum, giving groups time to progress their own tasks. The week closes Friday with a hybrid plenary summary session at Campus Lillehammer, with short presentations from each work group.

Two work-package events run alongside the main programme: a research BIP linked to WP6, and a separate staff week for WP8.
